Cooking classes: (Language = English)
1 to 6 participants, in your own kitchen.
Serve later the prepared meal to family and friends.
Fusion cooking (Fusion cooking style is cuisine that combines elements of different culinary traditions, here Mediterranean, Asian, Californian and French)
OR French regional my way.
OR Revisited Traditional French.
A typical session last about three hours, starting by 3 pm and ending by 6 pm.
Prior to the class I will enquire about your kitchen setup, favorites genres of food, allergy, diet (I may offer a no-salt or low-sodium menu).
Next step: Suggesting a few menu items, out of which one you will pick and choose a few hors-d’oeuvres and an entrée OR an appetizer and an entrée.
Finally, you will receive the menu and recipes to include ingredients and method.
Complimentary get 6 months of support via email for any problem related to cooking.
